The only option given is to write them an email, to which they never reply.I got suspicious and temporarily blocked my credit card when I did not receive their reply for 2 days, even though they say they need 1 day’s notice.THANK GOD I BLOCKED MY CARD because they tried to charge my card on the day of the renewal.ALL 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE, THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM.
