I placed an order on Feb 20th (three weeks ago), I received an order confirmation, but they never sent a shipping confirmation and I never received my order. I emailed them a week ago, no response. Afterwards I saw a lot of 1-star reviews on this site, I was sad I didn’t seem them beforehand. I ordered successfully from JING in 2020 so I thought they were legit. Now I’m alarmed to see how many 5-star reviews they are on here — they must all be scams, notice how they all have the same style of being about one item specifically? That’s really deplorable, if they can’t reply to customer service questions but they can send out fake reviews.
