I would give it zero star if I could. Lack of communication and trying to get a status of anything has been frustrating. Initiated a refund and product was returned and delivered back to jing, was told I would receive refund email and it’s been more than 3 weeks(going into week 4) and followed up numerous times and received no response. This is to even get a status of a refund, let alone how long it would take to actually receive a refund. Do not order and if you ever want to return don’t even bother cuz you won’t get your money back. Absolute scam.
