I ordered a iPhone 15 case on January 20, 2024 and received a confirmation email and that was it. I have reached out to their support email TWICE and still haven’t heard from them! I’m starting to feel like I got scammed and that I’m never going to see the case I purchased! Meanwhile, I have to carry my BRAND NEW phone around super carefully because I don’t have a case for it! Their policy states that they can’t cancel orders after you receive a confirmation email which is STUPID because I haven’t received a shipping email, who knows if they’ve even started working on my order! They should be able to cancel orders as long as they haven’t shipped. It’s been almost 3 weeks since I placed the order and I have heard NOTHING. The least they can do is send an email saying the shipping has been delayed if that’s the case or even respond to my inquiries! I will not order anything from this company again.
