I too have been charged $19.95 for something I didnt agree to. When I contacted Iolo I was told by TWO support agents that I would not be charged. You know what’s coming don’t you, I WAS charged and they will NOT refund. As somebody else has said, this is THEFT by an unscrupulous company.Then they resorted to blackmail telling me that if I upgraded to yet more expensive products they would refund my money.It’s ok, Paypal immediately refunded me on hearing how Iolo had behaved and I don’t find their products that great anyway. Very please to kick them into touch and have nothing further to do with them.If it hadn’t been for this scam I would probably have carried on paying for years to come as I have done for the last 10 years. Their loss! I suggest you find another product before you get scammed too!
