I am confused as to who is emailing me all the jobs- whether indeed or the actual employers. I also dislike the assessments given sometimes after application. I have tried a few and I find them useless for the role Im applying for and time consuming. I know they have a general spectrum, but I know nothing about cars or cyber fraud and will never care for it.Everytime I apply for a role only to be sent to do one or two assessments, I stop there and move on.I think less is more. Indeed is becoming too keen to please employers and deter candidates in the process.
