!!!!!BEWARE absolute SCAM!!!!! Saw their advert and it looked nice. They offered 80% off and 3 for price of 2. Should have been around £40. When I checked PayPal they had taken well over £100 AND “PENDING” a button to press to give £699 to an unknown person called Gary Wood. As I progressed the website kept trying to get me to press the Gary Wood payment. Fortunately I was able to cancel this through PayPal but it wouldn’t let cancel the waterfalls. I immediately emailed them to cancel (within 10 minutes) ut the items were sent out regardless. When I contacted the company they said I had ordered 1 waterfall and 3 sets of Cones and claimed there had never been an offer of 3 waterfalls. The items arrived within 2 days and had clearly been posted from the UK (but there is nothing on the Hetmes label to show this and no address on their invoice). But they only have a US contact tel no. Laughingly. they tried offering me half price.00DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE. When I told the bank they claimed the payment had been set up as a recurring one but fortunately managed to block that.I THOUGHT I COULD SPOT A SCAM.
