This company IM Tools needs to be stopped. A class action lawsuit might be a start. They are reselling the use of software using the same login email address. I suspect fraud. They will not give a refund when customers realize they have been swindled. I will now check Trustpilot before I buy anything online. There are too many companies cheating customers.
