I hope this company is not a scam. I ordered 2 products for UTI ( expensive ones) and just received 2 completely different products that are no use for me and worth 3 times less than what I paid. The order was delivered to Romania and cannot be returned as this option is not available on their website for outside US. There is no available phone number to contact them, if you try via chat in social media a robot replies with standard answers and I am really afraid that I spent 85 euro for nothing. My order number is 519369249.Edit: Customer service replied quickly and they re-shipped my order. I hope I will get the right products this time.
