Ordered some enzymes from them today. Payment was approved immediately by credit card company. About two hours later, iherb sent me an email claiming payment was refused and threatening to cancel my order. I double-checked credit card company and verified that payment was made. Another email from iherb claiming non-payment and threatening cancelation. Now they have my money and I don’t have my order. Their online email form doesn’t work, they’ve canceled their chat line and apparently have no ‘phone. This is a SCAM.Jennifer Brown-Froehr And the beat goes on!Iherb replied to my original review, posted above, both here and in several emails. Two of these stated that my payment had not gone through. Another said that my shipment was on its way. The one today said that my order was delivered at 5:30 this morning. Not sure which, if any, to believe!Advice to Iherb: get your act together! Confusing customers, the way you did me, is the LAST way to encourage repeat business. Even if I do receive my order, which I doubt, I would be reluctant to buy from you again.
