I placed an order for 5 containers of Mrs Meyers Basil dishwashing detergent and never received the order number, confirmation or anything alike. I did however notice that my debit card was charged promptly for 41.08 Euros. I even downloaded the app, but it’s just saying that I have no orders pending and there is non trace of my purchase— they just took the money. I have no order number to look up, and there is no live person to speak to. I left three messages on the “most common issues” and never heard back a word. My next step is to contact my bank and alert them of fraudulent transaction. I am terribly disappointed. Stay away from this scam!Amended after their reply: Interesting how I cannot reply to your answer or enclose my bank statement proving that you charged me €41.08!
