I have taken the tickets afraid of a posible fraud. At the end It wasnt fraud because I visited the gallery of Academia in Florence, but I am not happy with the comission of near 10 euros extra that you take (per ticket). I didnt see any “anfitrión” that show me anything. I understand that you try to make the tours easier, but the price is too high. This is why I put 3 stars.
