I have now responded to them with the details they aaking for. It doesnt make sense though to give them my details because I have had a genuine experience with them and I am not getting any joy from them. I am still waiting for an email response from my first email on Sunday and my second one on Monday. I guess if I dont hear back from them, I will be reporting them to my bank. I am also going to send a 3rd email tonight. I have also purchased on Sunday the 10 September before finding these reviews on Trust Pilot. I bought the 6 month subscription as it was cheaper. I got the welcome email and the first session. I emailed for a refund as the website says they will after 4 weeks as well as cancel any time with no hidden fees. So I want a full refund but it looks like a scam as I am reading from all the reviews here. I sent an email immediately on Sunday then on Monday the 11th of September 24 hours later and still have not received a response. It’s people like this that put you off from purchasing online. I won’t be doing so in the future. Hypnozio, you’ve left a bad taste.
