I had a terrible experience with Hutchgo and thought they’re fradulent. I booked flight tickets but never received them. The flight departed and I was charged. I wanted to amend the return tickets but no one replied contrary to their alleged claim of next working day response. I asked to be connected to their legal team but it’s only customer services who denies any connection. They’re fraud.
