On 8/6/23 I unfortunately booked a 1 night stay through Hotel Values. As of 8/11/23 Hotel Values still has not paid for the room I stayed in. Subsequently the hotel billed my credit card I had on file. So I have now paid for the room 2x. Hotel Values puts you on hold and never returns, the person you are talking with can’t actually help you. Emails are pointless, I get the sane return email regardless of what I say. At this point Hotel Values is a complete scam, fraud and thieves. Luckily Embassy Suites is now following up and has refunded my second room charge. Btw Hotel Values also sticks you with $50-$100 worth of fees on top of your reservation… Hotel Values is a scam …
