It´s hard to cancel the contract and to callI don´t speak much Spanish. I called yesterday to cancel the contract but the lady keeps on offering me the contract. I told many times I don´t want to continue. Later, I was sent a code for Rakuten subscription. I´m not sure if they cancel my contract. I contacted them again today and was told to email instead. The other opinions are probably right, they might be frauds.
