This company is a SCAM. They take your money and run.I pre-ordered Like a Dragon: Isshin on Steam on HRK. On release date, code does not work. Steam says it’s the wrong region, despite their site said the code is GLOBAL which should work everywhere. Contacted support, they told me to show them proof. I did. Took several screenshots to prove it. Despite my proof that the key didn’t work and the game was not in my Steam account, they REFUSED to give me a refund, or a different code that works. They told me to wait until they re-sell the key and then they will give me a refund.Flash forward to over a MONTH later, they still haven’t given a refund or a replacement code. Customer service has completely ghosted me, despite multiple emails and questions on the tickets.TLDR: They lie to you, sell you keys that don’t work. Then lie and cheat their way to not give you a refund. Total SCAM. Buy your games on any other 3rd party seller.
