Be careful avoid this company at all costs ! The internet has become a mind field of scam artists I assumed I was on honest hotel associated website. Wrong ! when I checked the dates and proceeded to reserve the room Bingo. The old bait switch and a stating prepaid non refundable the penalty. if changed or cancelled was to forfeit your entire amount paid . it’s unreasonable deceptive and dishonest .Sorry but just a way to extort your money. The hotel room shows as the rate posted on the hotel site but they add on additional fees Resolution is almost impossible They’re ruthless and the employees who handle customer service with their prepaid non refundable reservations programmed Spiel! It was extremely upsetting frustrating and deceptive ! The irony. Absolutely no value addedJust them acting as a 3rd party tacking on fees that are illegitimate.Ie cleaning the room resort fees etc etc . What’s amazing they book it thru Priceline it’s beyond me, why would Priceline want to align with scammers. I called the hotel directly and found out they added over $230 for a 2 night stay. For the privilege of using hotelvalue.com Where’s the VALUE ??
