to improve you need to go out of business, you are scamming, just take a look at all the reviews you have, this is no way to rob people blind, the policy of no cancelations is just a way to cover yourself for all the SCAMS.I need to change the location of my reservation since I thought I was directly on the hotel website, and it turn out the reservation was made in a different city, I am NOT canceling just changing location, same hotels, same dates.all I get is that there is no cancelation policy.
