I tried to cancel a minute after making a hotel reservation and they said no they cannot refund me. I went back to the hotel website and the rooms were 1/3 the price I ended up paying. Plus there’s a service fee for the same amount as for one night stay. I thought I was booking with the hotel. Never ever use this site. I called the hotel and they will not refund me either. This is a scam. Never ever use them!!!!! I’m out $650.00
