FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! This hotel website intentionally spoofs itself as an official hotel website. In our case, it looked like a Holiday Inn website. It also charges an exorbitant service fee they hide as taxes. When we realized our mistake, we cancelled our reservation, which they were happy to do but they said their cancellation policy required a night’s charge. Since we only reserved one night, we were out the money. We have filed with the FTC and disputed the charge with our credit card company.
