The worst,the worst,the worst!!! I make hotel reservations all the time. The day I made flight reservations for a trip I also made hotel reservations. I am POSITIVE I had the correct dates. When I showed up at the hotel they said my reservation was for a week later! I called hotelvalue.com and told sorry it’s their policy not to change reservation dates or give any refunds. Basically “too bad, so sad”. How does this scam master continue to exist? Please, please do not ever use them. I learned the hard way at a cost of $800.
