It’s a scam. I run a hotel. I don’t supply rooms to hopper. They sold a guest a triple room for 3 person occupancy, then booked that room through booking.com (who sell our rooms) by putting 2 persons to get a discounted 2 person rate. Fortunately the guest paid the difference – if not they would not have been given the keys! No way to contact hopper! Please call your hotel before you turn up as it’s possible hopper have booked you the wrong thing or nothing at all!
