Hopper is horrible. Please don’t use them. I have been waiting for refund since January. They have no numbers to call and when you write they send same reply over and over. They always say we are working on it. All lies. They book and then if the hotel is full you never get your refund. It’s a scam and I wouldn’t use them if the damn rooms were free from them. Please be aware. There are many many bad reviews.
