I used Hopper today for the first time. I paid $44.00 to freeze my ticket price last week and then today tried to pay for the whole ticket. They charged my card but no flight confirmation. They also tipped themselves $5.00 and despite me opting out charged me $25.00 for flight insurance. I’m out $282.00 with nothing to show for it. You can’t reach a live person and they encourage you sign up for VIP in order to reach someone. What a scam. I’m reporting them to Better Business Bureau.
