Terrible! Don’t Book through Hopper unless you want to get SCAMMED! I am still trying to get my $200 back over a Year LATER!!!!!!! I booked a suite online for 3 guests and when we checked in – i got a double bed and a chair when it was supposed to have 2 queens and a pullout couch! There were 3 of us so i immediately called Hopper who I spent HOURS talking to. They spoke to the hotel also and verified that they had no rooms to accommodate us because they had a wedding and were booked and since that room clearly wasn’t what i had booked or paid for i was told i’d receive a credit within 3-5 business days . I was relieved and satisfied with that but that never occurred! plus they deleted my info out of the system so there’s no way for me to even contact them at all! they make you select a current or prior reservation and they just deleted my reservation in the system apparently so there’s no way I can ever reach them if i wanted to! My bank has obviously failed me as well on this but I didn’t want anyone else falling victim to this nonsense!! RUN from this APP!!!!!!!
