This site and their products are a scam do not purchase. I cancelled a flight within the 24 hour cancellation window and hopper refuses to refund their service fee, even though their service hasn’t kicked in yet. Hopper didn’t send me a confirmation code so there is no way for me to contact to get help with their customer service.
