NO REFUND even if it doesn’t work.UPDATE I spent more than 2 hours on the chat. A second person came (Sara) and asked me to do exactly what I already tried with the previous agent. Plus, I sent them at least 25 screenshots. After 2 hours and the same test again and again I asked for a refund. She replied that I did not send all the proof (after 2 hours and 25 screenshot) Worst company I dealt with in my life. It’s a Fraud and I’ll ask my bank to cancel the payment. I think that the good comments are people who are paid to write. Stay far away from this company. You don’t need this kind of trouble during your vacation. Just buy a local SIM card it will be cheaper and at least it will work.
