Hitbtc is scam site. They do not let me log in after I lost 2FA even when I followed their instruction and send them:1. My id card with image2. Image of me in front of email message sent to me3. Im using the same email address as when registered4. Hashes of transactions where I sent funds to them.After all this they still claim they cant verify my identity and ask me for screenshot of cold wallet/external wallet I used, but I did not use any of that bc I used myetherwallet which does not keep that information.This lasts from 2019-2023, and since then I tried multiple times to get access sending all documents all over again.** new info.Now they say my ID is collage so I must send new ID images, which I did. Waiting for next scam reply.Ticket number is 1556887, but that makes no difference, they just play helpful with intention to delete this review if I do not answer them.
