I made a purchase and paid for express delivery. The confirmation email stated it would take up to 5-7 working days for my items to arrive. I emailed them to advise, nothing. They then took the payment from my bank and within minutes I had an email to say my order had been cancelled with no explanation as to why and my payment had been voided. I’ve still not been refunded nor have they responded. Buyer beware because this vompany behave as if they are a scam, there is no customer service and they don’t follow through with orders and there’s no way to query or get your money back other than raising a dispute through your bank which is my next step.
