I placed my order on 4/16 and it says it’s still “being prepared.” They say 3-10 days to ship.. it’s been well over that now and I can’t seem to get a response from the customer support. It’s funny, when I had a question about ordering they had no problem responding nice and quick to get my money. Now that they have my money, it seems like there’s nobody at all to help. I have sent dozens of emails hoping someone will get back to me and still nothing. So this company will take your money and then completely ghost you. How disgusting and unprofessional of a business to basically just scam paying customers.
