Payed for express shipping on the 17th it’s now 27th order has not shipped. I’ve asked for a refund and keep getting the same copy and pasted message from customer service saying it will ship within 3-10 days 10 days has came and they will not respond to my request for refund. This is a scam in my book. I’d NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. Horrible customer service and horrible business practices.
