It’s a scam. I wanted to find my lost phone on NYE so I used helpmobi to try and find it. They charged £1 which should have given me its location but all they did was send a text to my mobile and then tried to take out another £25 a few days later from a different company name (followmobi) which I’m guessing they hid in the T&Cs.If you try to call them, you get a message in French even though it’s a London number and the email address will probably come up with something similar.Luckily, I paid on a credit card so the bank will claw it back but don’t even bother with this lot.Update: they responded to my email and gave me back my money but the whole process of trying to find my phone with these guys was unnecessary, long-winded, and inconvenient. If you have an Android phone, you can find it for free with “find my phone”
