none of the items exist. it doesn’t matter if you win something because even when you do you will NEVER be able withdraw it. this website is a scam. don’t use it. literally any other csgo gambling site is better. you have been warned. The support will lie to you and say it’s Steam’s fault or something like that. They will not help you, they don’t care at all. You can look at the items in your hellcase inventory as much as you want but they are not real. They don’t exist. They will make excuses and lie to you about why it’s not possible and blah blah blah but this is literally the only csgo gambling site that is never able to give you your items – because they don’t have them and they don’t want you to cash out. They will do ANYTHING to keep you from withdrawing items. They would even ban your for some bullsh*t reason before they’ll let you withdraw.
