Hellcase.com claims to be provably fair, but as a long-term customer I can tell you that they are manipulating the game outcomes for the favor of house.Loot boxes usually give you a max 50% worth of item when compared to the box price, but I haven’t received a single knife with significant amount of balance used.Also the upgrade and contract system is totally rigged. Site gives you 50-60% upgrade chance, but in reality maybe 20% of these upgrades succeed. A good amount of data also proofs that upgrades with higher value fail even more often.I really do hope that these scammers will be hold responsible for their awful and totally illegal actions. Also, the customer service is very rude and indirectly admits that they do not operate fairly.Please do not use this site in any case!
