Software is average at best (the product blackbox is pretty useless tbf) , however the big issues is they are scammers. It is VERY hard to cancel the subscription. I managed to cancel it the day before my first month ended as there are better products out there. To my surprise… I was then billed the next day for Helium10… I contacted their support immediately. After a 20 minute mess around live chat the lady just kept giving me point blank refusal that they had done anything wrong and kept ignoring my point that the sub was cancelled. I am now contacting my bank to try and initiate a chargeback and will ensure I review them all over the internet to let others know of their very poor customer treatment and scammy practises.
