The software is terrible and their data cannot be trusted since they are immoral scammers. The positive reviews have to be all fake, this company is the absolute worst company and software ive ever used. The data is way off. The company is a scam and they make it impossible to cancel. The only way you can cancel after pausing your subscription is by unpausing the subscription (as another reviewer mentioned). The catch is after unpausing the subscription, THEY IMMEDIATELY CHARGE YOU and even if you reach out immediately, they refuse giving a refund. Very misleading, very scammy company. They also charge your card the day before the subscription is suppose to begin. I now have to file a chargeback to get my money back from these disgusting scammers.EDIT: they left a message under this review saying i can email them for help to look like they’re not trash. But the response is the same. No refund and even if you try to cancel A DAY BEFORE THE SUBSCRIPTION IS SUPPOSE TO START, STILL NO REFUND. Read their policy, you have to email them 48hours before the next subscription start date. Pure robbery.
