Clearly, this is a scam. Listen to the other reviewers. First, I signed up to use the software but it does not work at advertised. Once you reach out to Customer Service they respond so quickly making you think they’re actually going to help you. The problem is, they don’t know anything. So they always have to toss your question down the line. That’s where the fun comes in. You have to wait a month or two after that to get a response. All that time waiting to only find out they can’t and won’t fix the problem. So they string me on for two months of subscription, they did offer a pro-rated refund but then hit me with another $80 bill afterword saying that I used Adtomic which was advertised as being included in the Diamond Package. Turns out… it’s not. It’s a COMPLETE scam. Jungle Scout is just as bad, but at least you pay for what you get over there.
