Hectore Store is a complete and total fraudulent company! Do not buy from them!! I had suspected they were a scam. So before I hit any send buttons, I took a screen shot all of my transactions and printed them. This process turned out to be invaluable later. After weeks of waiting for my Convertible Sewing Machine table, I was notified of its arrival. What I actually received was a yellow mini backpack meant for a toddler with the iconic smiley face on it you can buy from the dollar store. Was there a message here for me? Like: I scammed you! Isn’t that hilarious?I requested a refund from them and kept get the run around & told it was 7 days before I would be credited. The same message was revived twice! So 14 days now?! Finally, I contacted my credit union for a resolution. They requested proof of my purchase and copies of all communications. Thank goodness I had copies of everything including the a photo of the mini backpack. After a couple of weeks, I was refunded my money. By the way, I discovered the Hectore website on Pinterest. I wish Pinterest would be more vigilant about not allowing scam websites on their app!
