This company is very unprofessional. Not a serious business. Our tour guide to El Prado Museum never showed up and when we call the representative on the phone just said “Wait” or “he is in traffic“ 2 hours of waiting! At one point ,they stopped answering the calls from near 12 people that were scammed that day. The worst experience in our visit to Spain.
