This is a fraudulent site, do not use. They will not send tickets. This company took money for a booking ref. 12436376. They then kept sending emails saying the tickets were delayed by 30mins then 20mins until eventually we missed the reserved time. We were kept hanging around waiting for tickets that I doubt were ever going to come. We eventually were able to get on a chat with a real person, though the link in the email didn’t work and they say they are refunding, I will believe this when I see it. I think this company’s just seeks to make money from people not being able to secure refunds. Also if they do refund I am sure the booking fee will not be refunded. Update on this is that I’ve been offered a special voucher! As compensation, I will update again when this inevitably proves worthless, also still no refund
