ALERT!!!! Beware, this agency is a scam! We bought tickets for 13 May, the agency collected approximately 50 people since 5 pm which were supposed to get their tickets. 2 min before 6 pm ( at 6 pm Vatican closes the entrance), they took the crowd and when to the entrance. The entrance was closed. The manager was lying to all the people that it was a surprise, that because of many people Vatican decided to close the museum. This is such a shame that the agency lied into the face of people , wasted time of people who came from different parts of the world to see this beauty. Instead people see group of CRIMINALS and received this bad experience about Italian people and culture.
