It’s a scam as others have noted. Paid double the entrance cost and we still had to wait in a queue and there was no ‘host’ so we paid for nothing extra! Also, the person giving out the tickets was not where we were told to wait, we were told by someone from another tour group what to look for. Someone in the queue told us they sell uncollected tickets to scalpers who were openly selling at the entrance of the Accedammia del Galleria. Worst experience of Italy so far.
