Headout

Booked “skip the line” tickets to Rome Colosseum well in advance, 5 weeks before our trip.Tickets did not arrive, so I started a long communication with human agents who can send only pre-written, nonsense(BS) messages in Indian style such as-don’t worry, we will send your tickets in the next 20 min-your tickets are absolutely confirmed-don’t fret, we will email them to you at least 7 days before your experience-I am really sorry for the delay in sending you the tickets, we have had a sudden surge of request -we will send your tickets within 24 hours-we will inform you in 20 minAs time elapses, your chance to get tickets for these high demand tourist attractions approaching zero.So instead of admitting that they have no tickets at all, they keep promising and telling lies in order to keep your money as long as possible. We had to fully reorganize our 2-day visit in Rome at the first day when they admitted that no tickets were available. We had to stand in the queue for almost 3 hours with my 78 years old parents. The reason is that headout takes no responsibility for selling something and not delivering it.It is not enough to give back the money, say sorry and propose 10% off the next “experience” that will never happen. If they were really sorry then they would compensate customers from their profit. This scam company should not exist, but as I can see they have pre-written messages also for reviews..
