Don’t recommend at all. I booked a trip to Vatican museum I paid 98€ for 2 tickets they set me up with a guide without any knowledge on the topic, on top of that she was just making up a lot of conspiracy theories and fake information. Worst experience, I just had to leave the trip in just 5 min and ultimately wasted one of my 3 days in Rome with this visit without a proper guide. I contacted Headout support them initially they were very nice and promised me a refund in 24h/48h. But it seems like a scam because 7 days passed I keep contacting them already 3 times and they say to wait more 24 hours and that they will get back to me but they never do.
