Just bought skip the line to the Doges’ palace in Venice and got email reservation confirmation, twice that the tickets will be sent in 30 min, then in 2 hours. Nothing was sent. The ‘chat’ link provided in the email is with Bot , no results whatsoever. Pure scam.
