Headout

    I ordered 4 tickets for Parc Güell in Barcelona from Headout. I picked a 5.30pm slot and paid. A short while later I received an email AND text to say that my booking could not be confirmed as this time slot was full and I could chose an alternative slot or get a refund. I immediately replied back asking for a refund. This was fine, we then made alternative plans for the evening. The next day I go to check my email and see that after I asked for a refund they then sent the tickets at 5pm (a half an hour before our selected slot which even if I had seen the email wouldn’t have been enough time to get to the location and since we had already made other plans after being told our booking was cancelled). When I emailed during the week to ask for a refund again, customer service said they couldn’t offer me a refund “due to strict cancellation policies” stating that we had chosen an alternative slot. We did not chose an alternative slot, we chose a refund. They cancelled on us. Best described as a scam. Tell you your tickets are cancelled and then send tickets an hour later.
