I ordered a costume for my 12 year old son (average 12 y/o size). I used THEIR sizing guide and ordered a men’s small which was TWO SIZES over their guidelines. We even paid a LOT extra for overnight shipping as he needed it for the play he’s performing in. The costume came and was TOO SMALL 😡 I didn’t think to look at their return policy because they’re generally all similar however this policy is INCREDIBLY ridiculous. If you want to return it, they will take up to 4 weeks to process your order and will charge an 18% restock fee😡 I feel like they lure people KNOWING their size reference for the costumes is wrong PURPOSELY to scam people. PLEASE beware when ordering from here.
