Scam. Charged unauthorised extra fees. Supplied a tiny cheap nylon hat instead of the £70 “Wrap-of-London” jumper that was ordered and used the proof of delivery for the hat to claim the order had been supplied. Fortunately the charges were recovered via the UK banking Chargeback scheme.
