N E V E R use this site – it is almost a scam. I booked a hotel on this site and by accident I pushed the button cancel after I had made payment. It was a pure accident and I called the US number within 2 minutes after to tell them it was a mistake. However this error could not be corrected even though I reacted to fast. If this had meant that I didnt have a reservation , then ok, but it meant that I lost the 300 dollars I had paid! so I didnt get the booking back but lost 300 dollars , because apparantly when you cancel this site keeps the money! So a scam – BE CAREFULL
